Frequent shuttles with minimal wait time, friendly drivers, cost is better than onsite parking.
It isnt rocket science - I feel safe dropping off and picking up my car. The loyalty program is always a plus. FWIW this keeps me from shopping around and always just book with TPS.
The shuttle was prompt taking me from the lot to the airport and I waited less than 5 minutes to be picked up at the airport. Check out was quick and I was on my way in no time.

The personnel at the gate are always friendly and five helpful instructions on how to get to the right row. They also help when I haven't pulled up close enough to scan the QR code. The shuttle drivers are great at helping those who need help with their baggage and respectful when I choose to load my own bags. They are prompt at picking me up when I park and I rarely have to wait a while after my flight.
