Valet parking
Easy in and out. I will only stay in covered parking and only at The Parking Spot #3. Easy to book your reservation and love the scan code to use for in/out. Also appreciate the reminder ticket of where you parked.

convenient
Loved the convenience of pickup and drop off. Very easy to maneuver and didn't have to wait long during pickup at the terminal either!
Location & super friendly employees! Also love that there are usually (not available during my last visit) free water bottles upon exit—nice & appreciated feature when you are returning to hot & humid Houston after a long flight & an hour drive home. Thank YOU!
Finding parking facility was easy. Parking was simple and quick pick up. Also when I returned other parking services like “fast park” had a very LONG line. The parking spot was there already waiting for us. Took us about 10min to get back to our parking spot. Really quick service will definitely be hating the parking spot again.

My first time using the place. Got a little confused as to how to use. A very helpful and nice employee by the name of Yasser (hope the right spelling) was working and assisted. I love how you are driven to your spot and given a card with your spot number so you won’t forget. Perfect!! 😊
