TIMELY! App is very user friendly.Check in is super fast. Pick up is normally less than 3 minutes, most times the bus is at my car before I can get my luggage out.
Upon arrival at the airport, I usually do not have to wait for pick up. If so, the wait is just a couple of minutes. But honestly can’t remember the last time the bus wasn’t already there.
