In a hurry I left my phone on the shuttle when he dropped my family off. Unknown to me until I went for it to checkin for our flight, I panicked. Outside I frantically looked for a shuttle and found a driver who called dispatch. Then my anxiety and fear were put to ease.
William had found my phone and informed dispatch he was returning to Terminal 2 to hopefully see me outside. I cannot express how at ease this made me as I was on the verge of a panic-attack.
I waited maybe 5- 10 minutes and there William was to deliver my phone. Honestly, I was probably gushing like a school-girl. William was so humble and kind and just as grateful to reunite me with my phone. Thank you, William.
