I have had trouble - twice - with your app reading my ticket and not having my car ready when I get there.
I find your operation very safe and efficient. I book my reservation so I do not have to worry about a place to park. From the entry gate to the drivers everyone is very helpful and courteous. I always feel safe leaving my car and when I pick up they take me right to my car.
The staff have all been friendly. Shuttle wait times aren't too long. I recommend reminding patrons to save the card with their parking spot written on it for use upon entering the shuttle upon return to STL. Multiple people misplaced theirs, and it caused some confusion.
