We always park at "The Parking Spot 3" because you never have to wait long for the buses TO the Airport or FROM the Airport. Prices are reasonable and you earn points for discounts for future parking.
Their service is fast & professional. If you're confused, they have no problem taking time to assist you. They don't wait for an unreasonable amount of time to drive you, even if you're the only passenger. If you lose something with your name on it, they will reach out to try to return it to you.

The ability to pick my own spot. There were several open spots to pick from to park. The shuttle came quickly and gave me a card with my car location/spot when I returned.
When I returned I almost got on the wrong shuttle but the driver made sure I knew I needed to wait for the next shuttle.
