Everyone is friendly and always timely! Worth every penny!
easy to park and I feel confident that my car will be good and secure. Shuttle service is excellent.
Easy to find, drivers very helpful
in covered parking the van comes right to us and heads to the terminal right away. Returning, the van also goes right to our car in covered parking. We hope this doesn't change with the addition of so much covered parking. this past trip Ralph was exceptional to get me back to your parking b/c I had left a briefcase in my car. He was terrific.
Prompt.
I like using the Parking Spot, because I like the covered parking. However, you have the furtherest pick-up / drop-off spot at the airport.
Easy process, quick pick up and quick delivery back to my car
Very grateful for the gentleman driver who drove back to drop off my CPAP machine and for the lady who helped to contact that driver. Our experience with the parking spot has always been super positive. Thank you
I had the best stress free experience scheduling was easy, the price was fair and the drop off was safe. The drivers that picked you up were friendly and patient and very helpful. My return experience even having a late flight was easy and safe and they even gave me a cold water in my way out as I paid. My whole experience was wonderful. I do fly frequently and I will use their services again.
The convince is great. The staff is awesome as well. One particularly is Chi. Always great every time. Ran across him about 4 times.
It was easy to get too!
Staff is always friendly and kind. Shuttle waits are on average good. Price is amazing!
Easy to park, fast pick up and close to the terminal
Great customer service
I really like how easy and efficient the whole process is. With the app, you can let them know as soon as your flight has arrived, and they can track your location so the shuttle knows where to pick you up at the airport. They take you back to the garage, where your car is already prepared and waiting for you when you arrive. I also really appreciate that the parking is in a covered garage, especially in Miami. It makes the entire airport parking experience quick, convenient, and stress-free.
Sonya was great
Convenient, covered parking option
The attention and the support of the drivers.
Last time we were looking for a parking spot and the driver was following us until we found a spot, then helped us to carry our luggage to the truck. That maked us to be ontime to our flight...
