The convenience is great, but I have to comment on how quick and efficient the process is from pickup and load right from our car to shuttle pick-up and drop off at our car. The rates are what keep us coming back, please don’t raise your rates or take away the discounts.

Have been using Parking Spot in both IAH and Hobby locations for many years, feel satisfied by the service. One thing I would like to mention to the management is that the pickup frequency is quite slow. This time on Oct 6th at Hobby we had to wait for a long time and then the van from Parking Spot 2 had to drive all of us to Parking Spot 1 location at Hobby.

My driver was punctual in picing me up and taking me to CLE airport.
Post trip--there was a shuttle at 11:45 pm, ready to take me and my fellow passengers back to PArking Spot.
When I left, the lady at the gate offered me a cold bottled water and said "Welcome Home." This brought tears to my eye--so sweet and genuine and it was about midnight at this point.

Easy in and easy out. The shuttle was right there after we got our bags out of the car. Once we return for the trip we waited maybe 5 minutes are the airport for the shuttle. Can't get much easier.
