FIrst off the greeter at the gate is always so positive and helpful. Once I got to my spot, we picked up one additional family and headed to the gates. Sometimes the pick up at IAH can be stressful. I waited for 20 minutes at Terminal C in order to be picked up. There were about 35-40 of us waiting. The Will Clayton bus came by 5-6 times (EMPTY) before a JFK bus was dispatched. Not sure what happened, but hopefully this can get fixed
