Fast and efficient for parking and pickup

the fact that you have a covered facility is a great selling point. The staff on the shuttles were courteous and helpful. I will use again in the future and recommend you to others.

I prefer to say what I don’t like. I don’t like having to get out of your car, then go to the window to show your car receipt
Then boarding the bus. I don’t like the direction the bus goes now because when you get out of your car, you have a longer way to carry your bags to get on the bus

Drivers always help with my bags (I walk with a cane & use a wheelchair at the airport); pickup at airport usually less than 5 minutes.

The drivers pick us up promptly and get us to airport on time, and get us at the airport promptly!

I like the service however you need more pick up vans for the south parking lot. The wait times are really too long.

I was promptly picked up from my car on arrival and delivered to the airport. On my return trip I was also promptly picked up and returned to my car. Without even mentioning that I had surgery recently that limits my ability to lift right now, the attendant (? Fred in Columbus at about 3pm on Tuesday 7/30/24) carried my suitcase and even put it right into my car. Not having to ask for help was amazing. THANK YOU!!

Easy to use and very reasonable rates.

I find the Parking Spot to be a very safe place to leave your vehicle, especially if you are on an extended vacation. There are lots of shuttles to take you to the airport and to bring you back upon returning. The staff is courteous and professional. It takes just a few minutes to drop you off at your airline.

The service is real good as for parking, drop off and checking out. An area for improvement would be airport pick up after 10:00 PM. The wait times on occasion exceed 20 minutes.
