The garage was easy to access, and easy to park. The shuttle left almost right away. It is a little worrying when you're on the trip to just trust that when you return, if you just stand in the right spot, a shuttle will automatically be along shortly, but we didn't need to wait more than 5 or 10 minutes for a pick up so that was just fine. I was pleasantly surprised actually.

The price is reasonable. The location is great! I've always been able to purchase a spot for parking. The pickup times can be unpredictable but I do feel like a driver has always come within at least 10 mins of parking. And the drivers I've had have provided great customer service when I've used Park N Fly.
