The shuttle service was awesome. Plus, the South location saves us one toll each way on E-470.

It was very efficient. I arrived and the bus was almost immediately there. When I flew in, I didn't even need to call, despite coming in late in the evening, the bus was there.

The Parking Spot has been my go-to for airport parking. It’s affordable, convenient, and I’ve always had a good experience. The shuttles are consistently on time, there’s always plenty of parking available, and the facility is clean and well-maintained. I also appreciate the complimentary water after a long trip. The rewards program definitely comes in clutch and helps save money over time. Overall, it’s reliable, stress-free, and a great value.

The drivers are very quick to pick up after you park. And they are friendly and helpful. Makes parking at the airport easy.

I like the in- and out- location. It provides me easy access to the freeway making it helpful when I am going to and from the airport.

I do struggle with the scheduling of the shuttle buses out of the Sepulveda location. I often find that the drivers are close together followed by a long periods between shuttles. I realize this is not always a scheduler's or driver's fault, but it happens too often. Also, I feel like the drivers are speeding by on the inside of the loop making it much more stressful to try and flag them down.

Although I don't know this, I am concerned that since this facility operates with a very lean staff, there's no one regulating the drivers.
