Always easy get in and out quickly. I have never had a problem using this facility within a short amount of time that i have started using this company. I have used other companies there were dirt cheap. But vechiles were stolen or broken into. Keys left inside. And no one to help. And to wait for someone to pick up was a. 45 min wait. With this company have not had one issue. Everything has run incredibly smoothly and prices are decent in comparison to others.

The lots are very convenient (I love the north lot), and the service is great. I especially like the app with location features and the bar code for ease of entry and exit with option to store payment info. This speeds up the process when I simply want to get home after traveling all day. With this heat, having the cooled water upon exit is a nice touch. I always refer friends and family.

I like the convenience of booking online and the reliability of transport to and from the airport. My onnly negative is the hit or miss on hospitality of the gate employees. Sometimes it feels like coming home is a blessing and other times it feels like your evil step-mother is welcoming you home. Do better. We are all tired.

It’s like a well oiled machine! Granted we got there at 4:15 in the morning, but staff was there to help us with our bags and a shuttle was waiting to take us to the airport. I used the app, when we returned, to let them know that we had arrived. Our car was waiting for us when we got back to the facility. Couldn’t have been any easier. I’ll definitely be using Parking Spot for all our future parking needs!
