Guest Testimonials
I appreciate being picked up at my car and dropped off at my car.
Easy to park and catch the van to the airport.
Convenience, safety
All good. Easy in and out. Someone at the entrance to tell you which row in which to park. Shuttle drivers courteous and very helpful.
Prices are getting high. Have gone up a lot in the last two years.
I like your service. But it can be improved.
I'd like to see a console in the front of the shuttles that accepts either a phone number or email address and gets rid of the physical cards. Perhaps it would integrate with the app. Maybe, instead of handing out a card for the return, we could just flash the app, displaying our QR code, that the driver's phone would read. If his app was smart, it would automatically figure the most efficient path to every parked car on the bus load.
There is an area for improvement. The infrastructure is in place, for the most piece. All that remains it to drop the cards and put the info into the app we are using already.
Come on, the parking cards are so 20hth century.
