Did not have to wait for the shuttle to take us to the terminal. The driver was so helpful with loading/unloading our luggage and the icing on the cake was after a long travel day, delayed flights, and late arrival back to our vehicle…there was a cooler of water bottles at the checkout that we could all grab before the hour drive home!!!!!

Shuttle buses and drivers prompt and friendly. System was easy to use. Construction was a little confusing getting out of at night, could use more lighting. Security could be a problem.

The North Spot always feels safe and secure regardless of what time you land. The bus drivers are attentive and helpful. Getting picked up and dropped at your car and not at bus stops is a big difference. The gate attendant is friendly and professional. The location is close to the airport for easy access and departure. They are able to avoid airport traffic. On my last trip, the flight was three hours late - we landed at 1 am. I called for pickup - the phone attendant answered right away and was courteous. They had two buses running continuous and the pickup was timely. The app showed me where the two buses were in the loop. It all matters and I enjoy using The Parking Spot North.
