Very convenient for picking up to and from the airport! Car is safe!

It was a lot cheaper than the airport parking. The staff is friendly and they didn’t leave an old slow poke of a man as he’s coming down to catch the bus on his return to paradise.

I like that it's a financially better option to parking at the airport and you get services like drop off right at the terminal and the shuttles are ready to pick you up at your car right away.

Mostly the ease of booking and the smiling faces in the vans (drivers)

The shuttle driver to the airport was readily available to take us and helpful with our bags.
When being picked up we were just about to miss the shuttle back and the driver stopped to let us on so we didn’t have to wait in the cold. He also was helpful without bags.
Once back to our car he put the bags in the trunk and cleared the snow from my car. Very generous with his time.
The cashier was pleasant and I really do always love the bottle of water on the way out. A little thing that does not go unnoticed.

The gate attendant is always friendly no matter how early it is. And is willing to help people if they are having trouble signing in with their reservation .The bus drivers are equally friendly. They never have a problem helping with the luggage or helping me put my bags back in my vehicle to leave. Bottom line this location has put together a top notch crew!!!!

I like it when I’m getting off of an airplane and it’s been a long day. I finally got my luggage and I walk outside and my shuttle is already there. The picking up from the shuttle location,is just as flawless. The drivers are always friendly and helpful.
