Close to airport with easy access
The location for Parking Spot 3 is excellent for both STL terminals. The drivers are friendly and helpful with large bags and not-so-large bags! Pre-payment and check in and check out with a QR code is fantastic!

The parking availability
It was my first time using Parking Spot 2. I have always used Parking Spot 1 but the shuttles are not very dependable and 9x out of 10 there is a line of at least 20-30 people waiting (if not more). I have noticed that Parking Spot 2 shuttles are always there and it appears that the wait wasn't too long. So I decided to try that out on this trip and I was pleasantly surprised! No wait at all. Going or returning. This might be my go-to from now on. I honestly was ready to find a new shuttle company because the shuttles with Parking Spot 1 have been the way they are for so long! Nothing ever changes.

consistent and friendly service. a little disorganized with zone 1 pickup- drivers coming all at once or not at all causing a LARGE amount of people to wait for several rounds. Would suggest loading by area (rows A-L, M-Z, etc)

It's super easy to find the QR code to get in and out of the parking lot, I just open the app and its right there, no downloading or emails or links.
I like that the signs lead me right to where the parking spaces are when I enter and so I know the shuttle will find me quickly.
I like knowing that a shuttle is always on its way to me, that I won't have to wait out in the elements long after coming home from a long day of traveling.
