The gate attendant is always friendly no matter how early it is. And is willing to help people if they are having trouble signing in with their reservation .The bus drivers are equally friendly. They never have a problem helping with the luggage or helping me put my bags back in my vehicle to leave. Bottom line this location has put together a top notch crew!!!!

I like it when I’m getting off of an airplane and it’s been a long day. I finally got my luggage and I walk outside and my shuttle is already there. The picking up from the shuttle location,is just as flawless. The drivers are always friendly and helpful.

It was super easy to park the parking spots in the oversized area accommodated my large vehicle quite nicely. Also the bus arrived to pick us up immediately after we parked. This is not the same as when I parked at the Eco Park.

Amazing as always. The process online for reservations is so easy, checking in with the QR code and parking, easy. Then getting the shuttle to and from, amazing. The drivers are always so polite and helpful. There’s a reason I’ve been a customer and loyal to them for the last 5 years. Friendly service, convenient, family friendly

I have been parking on Parking spot for couple days, a week or couple weeks since 2019. It is very convenient and easy to make the reservation on the app and you earn free parking days. It is nice to park your car and have the shuttle to take you to the airport and pick you up back to the parking.
