The process is straight forward and efficient. There are people at the gates for assistance. The busses are frequent or there is someone calling in your location for pickup. Not much wait time at the airport for a bus to arrive. The drivers are pleasant and friendly. The busses are clean and in good condition. The cost is reasonable with frequent sales to incentivize using your services. The overall customer experience is very good which makes me want to be a frequent customer. Everyone likes value and TPS provides value.
More efficient than I expected
I feel that my car is safe, well taken care of. The staff are all pleasant, and that is truly appreciated when you're stressed about your travels. I always get taken promptly to the airport, and equally important, there are frequent shuttles to pick me up when I return.
Parking Spot 2 is conveniently located off the freeway and easily accessible. The shuttle drivers arrive promptly, are friendly and helpful. Although the prices have gone up, it’s nice to have a covered spot for my car. The cost is still cheaper than an Uber to the West Valley.

I LEFT MY GLASSES ON THE SHUTTLE. BOTH THE DRIVER AND THE LADY AT THE PARKING GATE WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO GET THEM BACK TO ME. GREAT SERVICE!

Easy to make a reservation on-line. Discounts usually available when you book in advance. We were directed what aisle to park in, and the bus followed us to where we parked so we did not have to wait. When we returned from our trip, the bus was there so again no waiting. Very efficient.
