When we got back from our trip in the early morning of Thursday June 11th we found out we had a flat tire on the front of our SUV. As I didn't want to drive the 100miles back to home on a small emergency tire, I walked into the parking kiosk (of Parking Spot North) and talked to James and the other attendant to ask if I could get AAA into the parking lot to help me patch the tire.

James and his friend immediately said that yes, AAA could come into the lot, but also they had a patch kit and would be happy to fix it themselves much more quickly than AAA would take.

They proceeded to do so, and I was on my way with my family in a short amount of time.

Kudos to James (and the other attendant) for being friendly and helpful at 2am to a perfect stranger. It was my first time using the Parking Spot at BWI, but it won't be the last.

We arrived later than expected due to a mechanical issue with our plane, and when we finally arrived, you had my car ready to go..

Drivers have been great on both pickup and drop off. Shuttle wait times have been reasonable.

After a bad experience and explaining on the survey I’m impressed with the parking spot team for reaching out to me and apologizing for the inconvenience. I thought my survey would go unnoticed so I appreciate them reaching out and explaining the delay with multiple buses being down. I will try parking spot north location again!

Amazing service! At both my departure and arrival from the airport. Both drivers were helpful and courteous. They each helped me with my bags. I did not have to wait at all at either the parking lot nor the airport to catch a shuttle. I will definitely use the Parking Spot again for my next trip!

when you arrive at the parking spot, they are right there behind you waiting to take you to the airport, the only issue that I don't care for, is coming back from the airport to the parking spot, sometimes you have to wait a long time, our last experience was about twenty minutes waiting for a van.
