Convenient to airport (CLT). Pick up and drop off right at your car. Shuttle drivers help with luggage. Pricing is reasonable. Option for covered parking at a reasonable extra charge. Frequent discount offers.
Only problem I have run into is when I needed to change my parking reservation because of a flight change. The original reservation was made with a discount offer but I lost the discount when I changed the reservation and this made the price significantly higher. It would be nice if the system remembered that you had originally booked with a discount offer and kept it in effect when the change was made. I ended up taking a Uber instead.

It’s easy and fast to get in. I love that the bus comes and picks you up at your vehicle, and typically I love the covered parking.
My most recent visit was a complete disappointment. I washed and cleaned my truck before we parked under covered parking. When we got back from our trip, my truck was completely covered with some kind of construction dust. Every inch. I paid extra to park in covered. It would have been nice to know you were going to be doing something that would cause a bunch of extra dust. Big disappointment.
