What I have negatively experienced is the poor Wi-Fi availability when entering or departing The Parking Spot. I have to upload my information on my phone prior to arriving or leaving so the reader can allow me to enter or depart.

Parking is close to the airport and more affordable than parking at the airport. Covered parking during stormy weather or the summer is a definite plus.

All service good it’s just that the lot location is further drive for us than the previous lot we used on your north side

i have used the spot for years and appreciate, the customer service.

the only thing that i have found that is not consistent is the new way to tip your drivers.
the last trip i made there was no QR code to tip driver and no way to tip on your web site.

Drivers are always friendly and helpful, from seeing you drive in and telling you were to park and they will be back to pick you up to always getting the bags on and off the bus.

Getting in and out with the scanner seems to be much easier than it used to be as well!
