The ease of making a reservation, Shuttle service to and from the Airport. The free Water.
I got great help from the office staff when I forgot to use some accumulated days of credit when I set up this reservation and they kindly adjusted my reservation so I could use something like 6 days I don’t even remember I’d gained.
The bus staff are of course always wonderful too. I see them working hard and still have a cheerful attitude; I’m sorry more folks don’t tip them like they deserve but as I overheard our driver say to one previous passenger as he helped with some baggage: “it was all just part of the job.”
The only nit I could possibly pick is the suspension in the buses, I know roads you drive, but for real, that ride is a bit rough; that little bus picks up every single little bump in the road. Believe me over my trip I was in a heck of a lot of tour bus configurations & I felt like I was back on one of the worst Italian tour bus rides in a small village…with cobblestone streets…& I doubt it was the Parking Spot driver’s fault. This is an issue I’ve observed with loaded full or almost empty trips. If old Italian tour buses can be smoother on 100 year old roads I’m hoping you’ll find room for improvement on this stupid little thing. Just trying to give you the honest feedback; not a show stopper for me of course, the pros outweigh this by a mile.

Pickup was quick both at the lot and at the airport. Friendly courteous drivers. Easy booking and scanning in and out with QR code. I expected covered parking to mean a ramp rather than carport style but not really an issue with the normally dry weather in Phoenix.
Your staff cares about the customers and the cars. I am always pleased with customer service, from my drivers to cashiers. This latest trip, I forgot to close my back window, when I got back there was note and plastic covering to protect my car. I truly appreciate the care and service provided. I am not parking anywhere else, whether it is in SFO or OAK, we are only parking at your facility.

Prompt, helpful, courteous. We have used Park n Fly for years now. Being seniors and one of us with terrible arthritis, it is important and meaningful to us to be able to rely on others for a bit of help from time to time, and PNF comes through. Turnover seems to be on the high side, but many service organizations have the same issue. However, the people we have interacted with are always helpful and nice. We miss the valet service they had some years ago (prior to the Parking Spot acquisition), but understand staff shortages can cause cutbacks of services. Keep up the good work!

process for on-line reservations is very straightforward, the mobile app is intuitive enough, the person who greeted me (upon arriving and departing) was courteous, the reminder for my reservations is appreciated, and the shuttle drivers are always pleasant and helpful.

The only issue is, I recently parked at the Pgh location and in the evening, we waited at least 20 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up. Its not so bad in the summer when its warm, but in the winter...its too cold to be standing outside waiting !! Aren't there 2 shuttles running back and forth?
