Bus is there to pick us up shortly after parking. On like some other times the bus was outside to return us so we had no wait time

As soon as we pulled in, the bus came to pick us up and shuttle to the airport. As we arrived from the airport, the shuttle was waiting to take us to our car. Very fast and effective services. Price was reasonable as well.

The Parking Spot app was easy to use. There were times it could have used better clarity about the cost comparison between pre-pay and pay when returning. I did appreciate and used the 35% off offer for first time customers. That was a determining factor in me choosing The Parking Spot over competitors.

Very professional and the service was impressive. Just one thing, have the drivers make sure passengers know the pickup is completely different from the drop off.
