I landed at Dallas Love Field late at night. The shuttle waited for me and the driver helped me locate my car. On the way out, my account wouldn’t open on my phone, and the person at the gate was able to get to my reservation and take my payment even though I couldn’t show the code I was supposed to show. Both people were patient and kind.
