The app is super easy to navigate and book parking, the experience going into the lot and parking was seamless, and I really appreciated the shuttle service! I will ALWAYS use the Parking Spot.
The driver who picked us up upon our return (her name escapes me), but she was a very pleasant, entertaining, and welcoming older African American lady. The decision to hire her was the right decision. I fly often and generally use the Parking Spot East. However, based on my experience with this driver, Parking Spot 3 is my new choice!
