Ease of prking

Rarely do I have to wait, a bus is almost always out in pickup area when I'm returning from a flight. Friendly service. Easy scan to check in and out.

The Parking Spot makes it easy. This time there was and extensive wait to be picked up at the airport. But things happen so and we're not the ones that overly complain. we will revisit.

The shuttle drivers (to/from) we had on early morning of 1/27 and afternoon of 2/10 were courteous and helpful (with bags). Timeliness of shuttles is supremely important, and we did not have an issue... but please always stay mindful of this - especially in winter!

Quick and convenient. Having said that, I would love the airport rebuild to be structured similar to others like Tampa where a tram takes you to and from the parking and airport. This would eliminate the clunky bus rides.

I've always liked, but this last time the pickup took 10-12 minutes as the driver had to get gas
