Efficient at getting a shuttle to and from the airport. Usually plenty of space to park in the covered parking. Drivers are courteous and helpful.

Convenient and well managed. The only negative is the parking spots are very tight and the lot is often crowded.

The personnel were very professional.

The undercover parking was a little disappointing as it only roof/sunshade.

I St Louis the undercover parking provides complete garage like protection.

Extremely convenient. None to very little wait for shuttles. Gate person and drivers are always very friendly and helpful. I recommend to anyone flying out of Philly.

Fast from parking area to terminal and vice versa. Bus was clean. Parking area was secure. It took a little while to be picked up after parking my car (about 3 mins), so it was a bit stressful. Otherwise, it was fantastic overall.
