Last week was the first time I used the valet services at the Parking Spot (they were having a discount sale and the price was better than taking a rideshare to and from the airport) and I was extremely pleased with the service. It was very convenient and the shuttle to the airport took only a few minutes to arrive (both ways). And the best part - my seat wasn't moved at all, as I have a real problem when other drivers move the seat - I cannot get it back into the position it was in before and then I have back aches for months. I would highly recommend this service!

I have used the Parking Spot at Love Field several times over the past 2 years and find it very convenient. I have never had to wait long for a shuttle after parking, or at the airport upon returning.

Price. I do like the deals/coupons that come out. Convenience. Proximity to airport.

I would let folx know that they can expect once they park the shuttle will drive around for 10-15 minutes before leaving the lot to go to the airport so plan accordingly.

Also, upon pickup, if it is busy, you may have to wait for several shuttles before you will be transported back to the lot.
