Guest Testimonials
Excellent drivers, friendly, safe and reliable. We always park here and will continue.
The quick pickup and frequency of pick up from the airport. Friendly staff.
Professionalism of the staff and efficiency of service to the airport
Your employees have all been friendly and helpful. I leave my car, confident that it is cared for and will be there when I return! Prices are competitive with other parking near PHL. However, I know that I'll be one of the first picked up when we leave the plane and wait for our shuttles!
Friendly greeting, reservation always appears and pick up always prompt.
Prompt, proficient and professional for a reasonable rate.
Yall are good, the airport sucks for making pick up as far away as possible🙄
Everyone is always very helpful!!
Very prompt, helpful communication, takes your parking spot number for you which allows me to sit back and relax, drive you right to your car. There is not much that I don't like, the service is always fantastic!!!
Very efficient!
Service was great
Reliable, safe and quick in and out
great work
The drivers are courteous by helping with my bags and getting me to my stop.
What I don’t like is the construction. When will that be done?
Convenient. Friendly staff. Reasonable
I didn't have to wait at all for my journey to the airport from the parking lot. On the return trip the parking lot cards with spot numbers need to have the pick up locations updated to reflect the renumbered areas outside of baggage claim.
Easy parking and pick up
Easy to use, shuttle service is great.
Easy in and out. Quick pick up
The service and convenience
Easy access. Reasonable Price. Distance from the airport. Complementary services(water and car wash).
Price. Pickups. Dependable.
Easy to reserve a spot. A shuttle arrives shortly after parking.
Easy in and out, timely busses, helpful drivers and the team is always very helpful.
Great service!
The ease of reserving a space and having the bus pick me up in a timely manner makes using The Parking Spot very useful in my travels
Easy to get to. Always have availability. Easy to park and catch the shuttle.
Convenient to the airport. Call and they are there to pick you up. Car is ready to go when you get back to the spot. They re wonderful to help load and unload your car Price is good too
Quick and easy. Not having to wait on the bus is the key. Last thing I want to do is wait after a long travel day. I love that the buses have a constant flow.
I like that you pick passengers up at their car
