Ease of getting to the parking structure, parking, and getting to a shuttle to take me to the airport. I didn't wait a long time for a shuttle at the airport to take me back to the parking structure. It was easy to get out of the parking structure and get to the 405 freeway. I like the mobile app and the east of scanning the QR code to get in and out. I also like the free bottle of water when I left. That was a nice touch.
