Your lots are clean and you have good shuttle drivers that do their part in a timely manner. They are courteous and helpful. The app is easy to use as well. The price is a bit high for me but I feel safe leaving my car in your lot. Rest assured, I'll be there again on my next trip next summer.

Excellent customer service was provided to me upon returning from a flight. My car battery had died, the bus driver contacted the office who sent a technician to charge the battery.
Once charged the hazard flashers started, when I noticed that my GPS had fallen to the floor. My best guess is that the heat killed the suction cup and the Garman dropped directly starting the flashers and draining the battery. Thanks to both the bus driver who noticed that I couldn't get into my car and the technician who made my problem go away.

When I recently traveled, I was dismayed to find my car battery had died while I was gone. As I walked to the Parking Spot office to try to figure out what to do, one of the drivers stopped. I explained that my battery had died, and he said he would send someone to give me a jump. In less than 10 minutes I was on my way home!!! That kind of customer service is what will keep me as a customer!
