This was my first time using The Parking Spot, and everything was awesome! The ease of finding a spot, getting picked up by the shuttle, and handling of luggage was so convenient! The app was also so nice for pre-booking, as well as being able to track where the shuttle was.
The real cherry on top was that after we got dropped at our car and the shuttle moved on, my husband and I found that our battery had died. The ease of finding an attendant who jumped it for us was absolutely amazing. Waiting for AAA would have taken so much longer, and the attendant was so kind! I will recommend The Parking Spot to everyone!

I love how I almost never have to wait for a shuttle. It is so close to the airport, we arrive in minutes. The driver always helps with my bags - so I love having the tip QR code visible. The Spot is the only long term lot I use!
