We did have to wait a bit longer than normal to be picked up in the Parking Spot. Not real long, but longer that usual. About 10 minutes.

We like that you pick us up at our vehicle and the drivers are very helpful in loading and unloading our bags. We also like that we don't usually have to wait very long at the airport for a shuttle. Keep up the good work...we have tried other parking facilities and were not happy so we came back.

Customer Service and convenience.
The reservation process and check in are very easy. I really appreciate that the bus will come directly to my vehicle and that the driver always assists me with my luggage. I never have to wait for the bus to come to pick me up. I use the covered parking and appreciate the protection from the weather.
I do wish that the parking spaces were wider. I have experienced "Door dings", because the spots are VERY narrow.
Drivers are very nice and helpful. the fact you get picked up from where you park your car and dropped off at your airline door and don’t have to deal with the traffic is so worth it.
