We love using the Parking Spot when we travel. The app make’s it easy to book, check-in, and check-out. Everyone that works there from the attendants at the gate and to the drivers are fantastic! Recently we got back from our trip and our battery had died in our parking spot, the attendants helped us right away, and sent us someone to help jump us off. There was also complimentary water on the way out. It’s all the little things and kind gestures of people that keep customers!

I like how easy it is to book a spot and how often the shuttles run. If i could change anything, id say putting the water coolers at the exit on a stand would be nice. The only ones that get grabbed are the top row, cus thats the only one people can reach. And it makes opening/closing the door difficult. Iv pulled up many times to find the door left open.
Overall, a really good experience with The Parking Spot.
