Ease of parking and transport to terminal
Great people to work with
Great service, very convenient
Covered parking was abundant, the parking spaces are of adequate size, and both of our drivers were very courteous and polite.
Super nice drivers
The convenience of picking me up at car and drop off. Also the security. Like how the parking spot is lit up at night. Peace of mind knowing it deters people
Quick pickup to the airport and didn’t have to wait long for a shuttle on the way back. And it is so fast to get to the airport. I parked at The Parking Spot 1 for a long time, which is great, but parking at the Fly lot is so much quicker. And I love the car wash!
Location, always excellent service, everyone is polite and courteous,

Quick at car pick up and drop off. Frequent shuttles to/from the airport.
Spots have ample space, and the shuttle always arrives promptly.
Very convenient, prompt and courteous!
Service is phenomenal from drop off to pick up!
I think you do a really good job. But we did have to wait at the terminal for about 30 mins when returning from our trip, because of full shuttle busses. That is annoying.
Consistently great service, fair pricing, convenience
It is a very easy process to set up a reservation and pay. the process at the location is easy to get in and out.
I have always enjoyed using the Parking spot. I was surprised to be billed $33 for an extra 8 hours. Your pricing is very fair, but being hit with more than the daily rate rubbed me the wrong way. I would still recommend the Parking spot and will be back in a couple of weeks.
The drivers are always so helpful and courteous. That is so important when you're returning from a different country and have been traveling for weeks. I've used Park N Fly numerous times now and it's always been excellent.
Convenient and fast
