I like that my care is safe. The shuttles to and from the airport are comfortable and the drivers are very polite

There was one problem when I exited and asked for a receipt the machine shot out the receipt and it flew on the ground. Hard to retrieve - grabbed one on the ground that I could reach after opening my door the small amount possible. Got home and discovered it was not my receipt but another one that had flown out on the ground too.
An adjustment needs to be made to that machine.

Easy to book - Easy to get to - Regular domestic shuttles and plenty of options on how I want to park. Everything from valet to economy depending on what is important to me for each trip.

Driver was excellent. We had the same one dropping off and picking us up very friendly.

LOVE the service, the price point, etc. A few weeks ago, we were coming back late at night and there was a long line for people to get on the bus to go to the parking lot. It was a very easy process- you had vans ready to go to get us to our cars. It was very impressive !

Easy to get to, easy parking, the BEST shuttle service! The bus picks up right at your car, many buses run to and from the airport baggage claim area all the time and the drivers are the nicest people ever.
