Frequent buses both in parking lot and at the airport, courteous drivers
Everything is easy: making reservations online, finding the lot, parking, getting picked up & returning after trip. Get picked up at my car is very important to me, I'm an older adult who often travels with a pet. It would be hard for me to drag all my luggage to a pickup spot, and the drivers are so kind and helpful in getting my heavy suitcase on & off the van.

For the most part your drivers are professionals, always helps customers with their luggage. However there a few exceptions that may need coaching. Overall i would definitely recommend to my colleagues, friends and family

Reasonable cost, fast, reliable shuttles
The service is convenient and efficient. Van drivers are always courteous. We have been using the Parking Spot for the past 5 years and plan to keep using the Parking Spot for all future flights. The AAA discount is an extra bonus.

While not quite as convenient as on-site parking, having the driver meeting us near our car was very nice. Receiving a parking reminder ticket was also helpful. Using the app to check in and rapidly exit was great. I believe after using this service a few more times that I will appreciate it even more.
