there was a bit of confusion as the rooftop parking that we prepaid for was full. The attendant had us park in covered parking with no further instructions. upon return, the automated exit said we owed $99 more! Within a few minutes it was resolved, but could have gone smoother if the day we parked in a different area to resolve the ticket

I always feel safe leaving my car in your lot. I appreciate the shuttle service. And I like that when I am checking out, I can get a bottle of water from the cooler (being short, however, I would appreciate if the bottles were located at the front of the shelf, instead of pushed all the way to the back. I hate to unlatch my seat belt and open my car door, in order to reach the bottles at the back of the shelf.}

I like the convenient location on the way to MCI, and the whole process is easy: scan in, scan out, and you’re on your way. The cold bottled water when leaving is a nice touch, especially after a long travel day.
The staff has also been great. There’s a super friendly gentleman at the window who always has a kind word, gives compliments, and somehow remembers people. That makes the experience feel more personal than just parking a vehicle.
I also appreciate the points program. It has allowed my family to park for free when we’re traveling for fun instead of work, which is a real perk. I’ve looked at parking onsite at the airport, but it often seems full, so having a reliable routine with The Parking Spot has been easy to stick with.
