It's getting a bit expensive
Location
Parking was convenient, and the van was already there and waited for us to unload the car. When we returned, the driver gave us water and actually put our suitcases in our car for us.

Easy access to and from the airport, however for pickup trucks, parking can be a challenge at times. Wider spaces for larger full size trucks and suvs would be nice to avoid damage.

Helpful drivers
Very quick to take to and pick up from the airport.
Ease of access, ease of booking, and never a wait for shuttles once parked. Without checking a bag at the airport, and with having TSA recheck, I’m typically parked, shuttled, through TSA security and sitting at my gate within 20 minutes (all dependent on how quickly or slowly the TSA security checkpoint is).
Fast and friendly. Recently had an issue with a car that wouldn't start. Tariq couldn't have been more helpful and gracious!
Picking up and dropping off
Quick and easy!
I like that my car is protected from the elements however when I did return there were bird droppings all over my car. I would suggest installing the bird spikes that are on buildings and grocery stores in the area so that this does not happen.
Also, I was not offered the opportunity to add a car wash on to my charges so that my car would be clean when I returned. Why is that?
Offered some reimbursement for flight cancellation causing extra day of parking charge.
I like the good bus service to my car when I return home. The good bus drivers are very good.
It was very efficient and on time.
They are prompt courteous and went out of their way. I left my keys on the bus and they assured me they would be there when I returned. And they were. Great job.

Friendly and safe place to park my car. They are always there to pick me up and to bring me back. I wouldn't park anywhere else.
I find this service very affordable and convenient. We started using this after we almost missed a flight because there was no parking and I accidentally parked in hourly for a weekend trip. We’ve never had an issue getting a reservation.
The only request I feel should be considered- sometimes I’m flying alone and late, I’m female and it would be nice if the bus driver dropped me off first so I won’t be alone in the bus with the driver. I’ve never had an issue but it does make me a bit uncomfortable. In all the times it has happened, there are others so it would have been possible but I believe because I’m back in uncovered I go last. I think if it’s a male driver it would be nice if I could be let off while others are on the bus.
