On time shuttles back n forth

When I returned to my car, my battery was completely dead. I called the front desk, and the guy working at the gate was extremely helpful. He tried multiple ways to jump my car and made sure I had a ride to their office on one of the shuttles (my car was on the far side of the lot). He let me sit in their customer office while I waited for a tow truck, and every employee that came in was incredibly nice and helpful. Everyone I came in contact with that day did everything they could to make sure I was okay in such a stressful situation.
