I expect friendly, well maintained parking with easy check-in check out process. What sets you apart is your communication. I know you don't overbook your parking because I reserved a spot in advance. Your transport people are great and make sure I haven't forgotten anything and update my ticket. When I arrive back at the airport, I know when my shuttle will arrive. I won't go back to on-airport parking because these two experiences have been so great.
We love parking at the Parking Spot. The perks are great when you belong to their loyalty program, and the rates are reasonable. The shuttles are quick to take you to & from the airport. We love knowing our car is looked after, & safe there. We would recommend the Parking Spot to everyone.
