Very efficient
setting up parking online prior to usage and actually checking in for shuttle service was easy. Shuttle also arrived within minutes and transported my family to the airport for flight. Returning to car was simple too following the directions on the card given at the beginning of my trip. The only suggestion would be to email the customer a reminder of how to return to shuttle day before expected use.
