So easy! So quick! Scanning the QR code to enter and exit was great! The driver picked me up and dropped me off at my car. Quick trip to the terminal. Good prices. Highly recommend!
Great experience. Will be using The Parking Spot again next month.
Easy to get to, easy to park, and shuttles to the airport are not bad. Allow half an hour between Parking Spot arrival and when you need to be at the airport.
I love how I was picked up at my space but next time I will do covered parking because it poured down raining.

Great customer service
It was great 👍
Very good service from friendly, efficient people Used the service to get a full detailing. Service worked great!
I was using Uber because I was afraid to drive to the Atlanta airport but once I discovered how easy it was to go to Parking Spot without the hassles of entering the actual airport I have been using them ever since. They meet me at my car and help unload my luggage (76 year old lady) and it's very easy to find their vans upon my return where they drop me off right at my car. The drivers are helpful and friendly. I'm so happy I discovered this service for a more reasonable price than using Uber for my shorter trips.
The pickup and drop off is very dependable. Making reservations is straight forward. Everyone I've interacted with is customer focused. The location is convenient. Can't ask for more.
Drivers are very friendly. Love how they pick you up and drop you right at your car! Also, love the hospitality of the water after a long flight.
Easy to get to very friendly to use app I’ve never had to wait more than a couple minutes at the most for a shuttle even when I’ve got in at 2 in the morning
