Location and frequency of shuttles
I have been using parking spot 2 over 20 years, service has been outstanding...second to none.
The shuttle drivers are friendly, the workers at the entrance are very quick to help out if you are having problems. We have never waited long for the shuttle. I find it awesome.
Easy to book, dependable pick up, friendly and helpful drivers
Convenience and price.
Easy in-easy out! Drivers are always courteous and helpful.
Convenient parking and pick up/ drop off at car
It all works smoothly, and as expected. Drop off and pick up is pretty straight forward. Of course, we'd always like the bus to appear slightly sooner, but all things considered it all works fine.
Book in advance. App. Ease of entry/exit.
Great people and great service. I enjoy parking here each time I travel.
Convenient, easy, reasonable and very nice drivers.
Quick pickup at your car, safely delivered to the airport. Upon returning, there is usually a bus waiting for us at the airport. Then we are delivered safely to our car.
I missed my flight and y'all made sure my car was safe. I've used your service for like the past 4 to 5 years. I only always go to you guys. Everyone's so nice. It's easy. Drivers are friendly
Very friendly
Theme friendly staff.
It’s easy inconvenient however kind of confused with your whole premium Parking. It almost seems like it takes just as long if not longer than just parking in the regular covered parking spots to get picked up.
It’s not a hassle. Could you guys please put a post or sign by the place where we meet at the airport? It’s difficult to tell who is in line for you guys vs other companies.
Always good staff and attentiveness
And the car is always ready for me when I get back.

Ease of everything. Car pick up.
Pickup at vehicle and not a long wait at the airport for a bus to arrive.
The ease of online reservations sold me at first. Then the convenience to the airport was second. What sold me was your staff who are professional courteous and friendly. The drivers were prompt and so helpful. We could not have been more happy choosing the Parking Spot #2.
