Our new Hyundai car had a dead battery when we arrive back at the The Parking Spot.
one employee asked if we were okay I guess he could tell we were not okay. He offered to help and said he would come back. We decided to walk up to the lobby and see if there was someone else who was available to help, as AAA said they were not able to help us till 1;00 am. Luckly we had a nice Parking Spot employee that knew how to use the key and jump start our car. Thank you to all who help us in this unexpected situation. So very much appreciated!
