I have used Park N'Fly several times. I find it easy to schedule, the people that work there are always helpful and they are quick to get me to the airport and pick me up. The only thing I have trouble with is getting the scanner to read my phone code-probably use error :)

Most of the time it goes very smoothly and no issues, this time not so much. The attendant just told us to park along the fence, not identifying which fence. I proceeded to the uncover lot like usually do, drove around the fence line, no parking, drove the aisles, no parking, went back up the the front. The person was rude when I was trying to explain there was no parking along the fence in uncovered, in fact no parking at all in uncovered. What she meant to say was park along the fence right in the covered area. Ok we did that. Then when we returned from out trip and tried to exit, I was met with the message you parked in the wrong area and owe $XXX more for your trip. So then we had to HONK at the attendant to get his attention, explain the situation, give him my phone with my reservation so that he could verify. My suggestion would be to make sure that your attendants are very specific with their directions and that they pay attention to those trying to exit so that a honk is not necessary to get help.
