It was easy to schedule a spot. It was no problem to get a ride on the bus both to and from the airport.
Easy in and out. The transport buses are quick to pick up and drop off. Parking is easy although spaces and lanes are just a bit tight especially for a truck or in my case a Chevy Tahoe.

Generally, and this time, prompt and easy service.
As for what I didn't like this one time: the driver was talking to himself - or the air or the phone, it was hard to tell - and what he was saying was concerning to me. Along the lines of: If they do that I am going to shoot them. If you treat me ... I'm going to shoot you.
I did file a complaint with the exit booth, and the person there handled it very well.
