This is the most fantastic place to park. Charles and I are both 80 + years old and use the Parking Spot Plus 2 which has valet parking and we use this service. Once we get our bags in the car at home we are set to go. When we arrive the men are at the car to get our bags and deliver to the valet spot. It all goes smoothly. They help us on the van and we are whisked off to the airport and carried to the Delta Wheelchair Station where Delta takes over. On our return we place a call and the van promptly arrives at the airport to pick us up. We may wait a few minutes, but it is not long. Again upon arriving at the parking area, our car is waiting for us. Our bags are placed in the car and cold water is waiting for us in car. Again they assist us with getting off the van and even with getting out of the parking lot. Cannot say enough good things about these folks. I have told all my friends about it. The staff are all personable, caring and fantastic. Recommend highly.

First time customer as I relocated to AZ. Everything worked well - no issues at every stage of the process. Arrived home at 11pm and didn’t have to wait long at all for a shuttle. Staff very helpful

Very supportive staff. I forgot my wallet and had to exit the lot and return home to get it. The van driver and gate attendant both understood my problem, expedited my departure, and facilitated my return and ride to the terminal. I was the last person on the plane, but I made the flight.

The App is easy to use. I paid in advance and did get a message for a code (Fall Football or something like that) to receive a discount, but the discount wasn't reflected once I was charged. Great communication by Parking Spot before and after entry and the QR code made it easy to enter/exit the Lot. Saida (driver) was awesome! The International Lot was full so she guided us to a spot to park and helped us load on to the shuttle. When we returned from Germany, there she was picking us up and made sure that she was able to safely fit everyone into the shuttle for the return to the Lot. Very friendly, good driver and efficient! Will definitely use this service from now on and glad my coworker who travels extensively recommended it as will I.
