I love the West Side Parking Spot for many reasons. There is almost always a van to pick us up within 10 minutes (we always park in covered parking). That is especially important when it is rainy or cold outside. The van drivers are very nice and help us with our luggage ( my husband and I are senior citizens). The vans are clean too!
We love walking out of the airport and seeing our Parking Spot van waiting there or coming within minutes of us getting outside. We also love the free bottles of water we get as we are pulling up to pay as we exit the lot. I recommend The Parking Spot to all our friends and neighbors.
We also love the great special pricing and deals you have all the time. We fly a lot and always try and get one of your money saving deals.

Cost and under roof. The drivers are all very helpful and nice.

The staff are courteous, they assisted us with our luggage, they provided us with a card stating our parking row and space. The mobile app allows you to track the shuttle. I would definitely recommend the parking spot.

Convenient covered parking safe environment

Shuttle drivers and other employees are always accommodating and courteous. I feel my car is safe in your facility. Easy in and out. Enjoy receiving perks such as water and points towards future stays.

It was easy and timely. I really appreciated this was very affordable to use and made my trip to the airport soooo much easier because I didn't need to wait or rely on somebody. My only issue was that my booking I know I put 5:30 am as my time of check in and even had to change it after I initially booked it because for some reason it was defaulting to 7am. It caused me a huge panic the morning of my flight because for some reason the app was defaulting me to 7am with no warning. Luckily when I got to the parking lot the attendant was helpful and just told me to scan my app anyway and see if it'll let me go in and luckily it worked. I really urge you to look into what caused this issue and find some way to resolve it. This could have caused me to miss my flight and no other parking lots were available that morning.
