This was my first time using The Parking Spot and they made everything super easy from start to finish. I also did the off site full detail on my car and it looks brand new. For perspective, there was glitter and dog fur everywhere and when I got it back there was not a piece of either to be found. I would absolutely use their services again the next time I travel.
We arrived to parking lot on a busy Friday night of fall break and there were lots of people waiting. There was a steady stream of buses coming to pick everyone up.

Friendly prompt service
With all the construction at DFW it was good to park off site. We did have to wait about 20-30 minutes to actually be picked up when we first arrived. Maybe a few more shuttles could be used. Pickup at the airport when we arrived back home was quick. Maybe just timing. Overall good experience.
