Easy parking and fast pickup to and from airport
It is simple and convient. Last time was a little confusing with the two different levels of parking available. Also we were not directed by the attendant where to park with our reservation so we had to move our car. Thankfully the driver told us we were in the wrong spot. Need better directions!
I didn't like that when my flight was cancelled, due to the Lufthansa strike, your system was not intelligent enough to simply adjust my rate by one day, keeping all my discounts and early booking benefits in place. Luckily I was able to call in and the lady was extremely helpful in applying additional discounts to make it as close to my original quoted price. I'd recommend updating your system, as I would have paid triple to just not utilize your service, had it not been for the lady who picked up when I called.
Convenience is number one for me. Especially not having to find a parking spot.
It's a convenient location when we fly out of Philadelphia International Airport. I also like the option of covered parking, especially when it's very cold and might snow or it's very hot.
Service is quick, drivers are friendly and it is so much more convenient than battling airport parking lot.

My company has a corporate account with the Parking Spot and the rates a much less than any other providers around the Atlanta airport. The fact that you get picked up and dropped off at your car is great!
Plus, the fact that you can get a free car wash and bottle of water when checking out is just one more nice perk of using the services.
Wish that the lot did have EV charging spaces available like those available at the ATL West Parking Deck.

I find the app very easy to use to get reservations, and I really appreciate it showing me where buses are when I am waiting (usually) at T7. Thumbs up on the rewards program as well, which I use for my personal travel.

Very convenient to access. I never have to wait long to be picked up or dropped off. My car is covered so not baking in the sun when I am away. The drivers are always nice. I plan to continue booking with The Parking Spot.
Quick pick up in the lot, and usually no or a short wait at the terminal for a bus.
I realize the road construction is out of your control, but you really need some signage on Cookingham Dr. It is impossible to see a path through the cones of that roundabout in the dark.
