I had a bad experience upon my arrival on Sunday night. I mistakenly took the wrong shuttle. What really struck me was that the driver wasn't polite when asking for my parking ticket. She simply let me board with all my luggage without making the slightest effort to help—not even enough to earn a tip. That seemed to be her standard behavior with all the passengers she dropped off along the route. All in all, I wasted half an hour until we returned to the airport's starting point, without her offering a single comment or bit of guidance. I took a photo of the QR code on the bus to note her name and report her. Her name is Narvia (Aug 30th, 10:30 PM).
Later, I was able to catch the right shuttle and had a completely different experience. The driver of this second shuttle loaded my bags and arranged them for me. He did the same when unloading them and putting them into my vehicle once we arrived at my parking spot.

I reserved my parking spot online, drove in, parked my car, got a quick shuttle from my parking spot to the airport, no delays at all. On the way out, same easy and efficient process: easy to find airport shuttle pickup waiting area, a quick page through the app, quick shuttle pickup and drop off at my car. Very impressive!

Staff was friendly & helpful. Told us what door to be at for pick up at airport & there was a shuttle for us when we got there. In addition, there were other shuttles from The Parking Spot coming and and leaving. Nice to see more than one was available. Price was good and loved the covered option.
