I had a very easy check in / shuttle / departure experience. The only minor issue I had, is my current large Full Size SUV is not very compatible with your "covered" overhead awning stanchions. I need to remember to book "uncovered" next time or park with my driver's door not next to a stanchion (assuming I can find a spot to the right of one) --- I ended exiting my vehicle through the liftgate which was a fun exercise in flexibility improvement.
Close to airport, shuttle ride to and from airport. Easy to get to.

I have been using this location for many years. Service has been consistently good and the pricing is reasonable. With its close proximity to the airport, it's a great choice. Highly recommend.
I think it is interesting that you offer pickup at the car for surface parking but require taking the bags to the pickup point for indoor parking. Seems a little penalty for paying extra tor parking.
There should be arrangements to have pickup for vehicle for indoor parkers.

the parking spot is the BEST option to park. If you use them frequently they have great discounts as well. the busses are very convenient to get back and forth (much better than rental car shuttles). Love the Parking Spot!!
