Convenient; reasonably priced

We have been trying Parking Spot 1 at ATL and really enjoy it! Travel to and from the airport has been quick and easy. The covered parking is great and the size of the parking spaces is perfect. The drivers pulling up to your space works well and documenting your exact spot is helpful for your return. All of the employees we have met are very friendly and helpful. The new pickup point at the airport is improved and not congested. The price point is good for the Atlanta area and we plan to continue using the Parking Spot for all our trips. Keep up the great work!

Would recommend when it's nighttime and we are trying to exit the gate, signs with larger directions are posted at the exit so we can read them easily. Your method for egress changes a little over time and it's helpful to have specific directions for leaving, such as scanning the bar code, etc. Thank you

I hadn't used the Spot since you started using the more automated entry with the reservation QR code. The people there were very patient and helpful. I appreciated that!! As usual the drivers were courteous and prompt!
