I had made a mistake on my reservation and didn't realize it till I checked into the facility.
I was told to sort it out on my exit and see a teller.
When I departed very late at night, Alexis (spelling?) and Kim saw that I was a frequent user of the Parking Spot and made an adjustment that was fair for both parties.
Please thank them for me. I have been frustrated with wait times for buses and was at the point of using others, but this has restored my confidence in the Parking Spot.

Easy to schedule. We were picked up within minutes of parking and taken directly to the airport. The shuttle bus was already at the airport when we were ready to leave. No waiting. Very friendly and helpful drivers both times. This was our first experience with The Parking Spot. Definately would recommend and use again.

First time at Orlando. Spot club member for years. Courteous greeting at the entrance and help navigating to uncovered parking. Shuttle right there as we were parking. Helpful driver, and appreciated close proximity to MCO and help with luggage.
On the return the shuttle was pulling in as we arrived at the curb. Not a lot of help with the luggage but a quick trip to our parking spot and on our way. Guessing help would have been provided if we had asked, but then, shouldn't have to ask.
We will be back.

Smooth process and it takes only a few minutes to go those last two miles from The Parking Spot to the airport.

Very easy to arrive and park my car. Ride to the airport was comfortable. Best of all the pick up at the airport was easy to access even late at night!

How easy & convenient it is to use! It can be so confusing trying to navigate the roads in an airport, I would just as soon not. Even though this is not a free service, it's better to me than having to have some drive 1 1/2 hours to both take me to or pick me up from the airport.

It is Easley o. And easy out. The driver was there to get pur luggage almost immediately and took us to the airport very quickly. When we returned from our trip the van was there to take us back to our car. The staff was very friendly and helpful! I wouldn’t change a thing!

Very good experience overall. Courteous staff, efficient and timely execution. Had a minor wait time as the staff dropped the key inside the car engine as he needed to jump start. But we got the key out quickly. No complains. Thank you and will definitely be back again.

Great service and bus ready to pick us up to the airport. However, on the way pick around 9:30 pm, we had to wait about 15 minutes. The first bus arrived and there was not enough room to pick everyone up. Need more frequent pick up in the evening. The check in and check out process was very easy and smooth.
