I didn't have a wait for the bus driver picking me up from my parking spot or at the airport. He was very helpful and loaded my bag in my car. The front machine didn't work and a guy there helped me pay. It doesn't take very long to get to the airport even with traffic. My car was safe and I was able to adjust the time because my flight kept getting delayed.
Like with anything-Once you know what you’re doing it is a fantastic service. Signing up is very easy. First of all the drivers are kind, patient, pleasant and helpful. The drivers with whom I’ve dealt represent the service well!!!!

Pickups and drop-offs are quick. Your drivers are polite and never fail to say “thank you” for a tip.
My only criticism is the distance for pickups from the terminal. While I know you have no control over that, I think the airport should consider the traveler. Some of us are older.
