Convenient, price, safety. We've never waited more than 10 mins for a shuttle and I love the valet parking especially in the winter - I love that my car is at the gate, cleared off and warming up. Its a great service

I really appreciate the pick-up and drop-off service...it makes everything super convenient and stress-free. I also like that my vehicle is parked under a covered parking spot, which gives me peace of mind knowing it’s protected. Overall, the service is easy, efficient, and reliable.

Fair pricing, easy in and out. I’ve used The parking Spot for many years. I’m now retired, so I travel a lot less, but always use The Parking Spot when traveling out of PHL or EWR.

Just park and ride it's the best way to go. Very polite and helpful and you don't have to to ride around lost or get in the wrong lane. Easy peazy!!!

Could use a touch more room along back row of covered - pretty tight between spots and curb barrier
