Easy to make reservation. Greeted at gate with instructions of where to park. Courteous Shuttle there in a matter of minutes.

We used the app and scanned in the parking lot with our phone. Paid for a covered parking spot. Our vehicle was safe and sound all 4 days. A shuttle picked us up at our parking spot and returned us to our vehicle at the end of the trip. They were located at DFW in the area they mentioned and came right away! It was honestly hassle free and I’ll definitely use it again.

I’m glad that you have the same service as you’ve always had where the shuttle picks up at your parking space and drops you off there. I was afraid that was going away, but then learned that there are two types of booking now.

Very reliable organization. Vans always meet you, customer service fine, personnel on duty at all times at the location and on the phone, when a problem they graciously help solve it. Wouldn't park anywhere else!!! Thank you, Parking Spot South!!!!

I would definitely recommend the Parking Spot to any travelers flying out of Charlotte.
This time I chose the covered parking.
Finding a spot was easy, pickup was prompt, the driver helpful and courteous.
I had a little trouble with payment as I left (scanning the QR code was a bit tricky, then the card reader wouldn't take my card) but there was someone who helped me in the booth.
It is much nicer to interact with a person who is cheerful, and helpful than a machine.
I plan to park my car at the Spot again when I go on my next trip.

The ease of getting in and out on arrival day. I do wish there was a closer pick up location, but understand that is the airport and not you all. It's a great service and I like that we now have to get the keys from a person rather than leaving them in the cars.
