It is easy and convenient. However - it took over 20 minutes for the shuttle to pick me up at my car to go to the airport which is 13 minutes too long

Greetings: clase parking to Hobby. Great rate on pricing. Overhead protección for my car. 24 Houston security on site. To top this off I was 2 hours late for me to picking my car at the scheduled time. It was very easy for me tor reset my pickup time for my car online with no extra fees charged to me. I will be using The Spot 2 again and I Will share this company with family and friends.

I waited a little longer than I expected to get picked up, but the driver had me back at my car on the return trip very quickly.

Good app, fair pricing, quick service

Making a reservation was very easy online as was check in and checkout at the LAX location. Shuttles ran so frequently that I never had to wait more than 10 minutes for both drop off and pickup. Shuttle drivers were courteous and helpful with my heavy suitcase as were the lot attendants.

The shuttle is always quick to pick us up and staff is very friendly! Relatively short wait time on return flight pickup.....maybe 10 minutes.

What I find disturbing is people rarely tip the driver:(
