It’s a fairly easy process to book the parking. Also the shuttles circulate efficiently.
What a great experience!! When I was picked up about 6 pm on Saturday, 29 November; the driver was both helpful and professional. Upon checking out, the woman in the booth assisted me in identifying my documents needed and made the purchase very painless. Besides she even offered me water (which after traveling for 11 hours was FANTASTIC!).

It's so convenient and easy to just pull into Parking Spot 1 across from the airport where the shuttles are already waiting for us. There are enough shuttles that even when I arrive back at the STL airport, there's always a shuttle within 5-10 minutes so I'm never "stuck" waiting like I am with the Lambert airport parking shuttles. And since the East Terminal parking is always full, so it's very inconvenient.
I will continue to use the Parking Spot anytime I fly. It's the best option!

Excellent experience - upon arrival late Saturday night - it was snowing. Our driver, Rick was fantastic - kind and helpful and walked us all to our cars safely in the snow. I recommend Parking Spot to all my friends!

The bus needs to do a cross over for terminal 7 to allow the united folks to get in the bus
By the time the busses get around to the untied terminal it’s full and 7 busses passed us by and that’s not ok

Easy to make a reservation. Three lots to choose from. Shuttles are picking up even before you can get your suitcases out of the car. Returning to lots after the flight was easy. Only caveate would be to dress warm, pickup spots are under cover but no protection from the wind.

Easy to get to, a little confusing at times but workers at gate are very good with instructions. Quick access to shuttle and quick response times.

It was very close to the airport and the staff (drivers) was very friendly. I was traveling with my Aunt they help her with her bags and in the car. They didn't rush her or made her feel uncomfortable like most. I will be using them again.
