The Parking Spot Fly is great. Short wait time at your car for a shuttle. Friendly, safe drivers. I don't need my bag loaded into my car but the offer was nice. The only hiccup was having 3 spots for four shuttles at the airport. Out shuttle had to go around as the spot was full. The driver appeared to be organizing his paper slips. Would have been nice if he had pulled out then organized them. Fortunately, the go around did not take long. I would use Parking Spot Fly again.

Generally your whole process is very efficient and fast. This last trip I experienced a longer than expected delay in being picked up by the shuttle bus. It was clear that you didn’t have proper staffing to handle the early morning number of customers. I will chalk this up to an exception and continue to be a customer.

It's super convenient, reliable, and easy to get to the airport. Transportation is always available to and from the airport. The parking area is clean.

I liked everything. I liked the entire process. I'm immediately greeted & directed to available parking spaces upon entry. The van arrives within minutes to assist me with my luggage. My luggage is carried from my car onto the van. I'm given a ticket with my parking space number & instructions for pickup.

Convince and courteous service. I drive up from Tucson and the South location is perfectly located. The staff there are always friendly and helpful! Pickup at my car, drop off at my car.... Bottle of water on the way out! What's not to love.

Very convenient and fast. The only issue I had was the pickup at the airport. The instructions in the web site and the app do not match.
