Self park shuttle is always there when I need it.
No wandering around or waiting for the bus to take you to the airport or to pick you up and take you back to your car. Help with my heavy (for me) suitcase. I appreciated the “We support our staff” signs on the shuttles! Happy to tip the drivers for an excellent job done!

This is the best it has ever been! When you pull in, you are afraid the shuttle might miss you. Waited by the car and shuttle was there within 5 mins. Took us to the main terminal within 5 mins, got a full shuttle out of everyone. Didn't drive erratically which seems to be what I experience. However the stand out was when I arrived back home, for the first time EVER, a shuttle was waiting, able to get on right away, took off right away, back to my car. It's how you envision it going!
