I like the AAA discount and that you offer both covered and uncovered. I like that the shuttles run frequently and the drivers are nice.

Like that when I drive in a person tells me what row has open spaces, that as soon as I'm out of my car there is a van there to take me to the airport and that when I return I generally don't have to wait long and I'm taken straight to my car. It's fast, convenient and easy. While traveling by air has become more and more of a series of lines and hassles, its nice to have this be so seamless.
