The parking spot is the best best best. Every time I make a reservation, I show up it is so easy by the time I'm getting the bags out of my car... the shuttle is already there to pick me up, and when I return every single time I have not waited for a shuttle to get returned to my car even at 3 am ! Excellent top notch service!

I like that I can reserve in advance at a predetermined price (I especially like it when I have a discount code) and know that I can park in a fairly safe covered area, and a very nice shuttle driver will help me with my bags and drop me right at the check in are closest to my gate. I don't have to deal with dragging my bags across airport parking, etc. Parking Spot knows what to do when I give them my gate number.
I also like that when I return, Parking Spot knows from the Ap that I am waiting in the designated pickup area, help my get my luggage onto the shuttle, and delivers me directly back to my car that is parked in an area that I can easily exit and go home.
I don't have to deal with airport traffic or construction reroutes. Easy peasy.

Convenient and reasonably priced However, had to wait tooooo long for pick up after a late night arrival in LAX last Thursday. Need to monitor better We had 2 cars there and there were at least another 6-8 ppl waiting as well for the Century Bus
