I've never had a problem with the service itself but there is/was a smart mouth employee at the Will Clayton location that I didn't like. I asked her when would the shuttle be around and her response "was when it get here". I really hope she has been fired because she was not a great asset to the company. I haven't been to that location since.

Loved the ease of getting in and out of the airport. I prepaid and when leaving, it did try saying I parked in the wrong area and charge me double, but after talking to the attendant, the made it all right. Plus, they gave out free water.

Your code readers sometimes do not work well at entrances. If you do not hold your phone just right they will not read. Instructions could be improved.
