Website & app were easy to navigate. The parking area was covered and well maintained, and the shuttle was easy to locate and a quick ride to the airport.

The app, the arrival and parking is simple, the pick up is easy (app helps there too). I have used a few options around SFO and Spot is my favorite!!!

Convenient ... the new remodel with all covered parking is not very user friendly for those of us that drive large vehicles (pickup and large SUVs) would be my only concern.
