All of the employees I've met have been very friendly. The covered parking is great and by accumulating points and a few online discounts the price has been good. Close enough to the airport for an easy ride. the vans have been waiting on y arrivals.

Close and convenient, shuttle are always clean and the drivers are helpful.
Overall good service - was a little difficult finding the open spots where I believed I was supposed to park, and then signage to the shuttle was hard to find as it was late at night, but we were able to do it, get to our terminal and have plenty of time. Coming back it was a little hard to figure out where from the Tom Bradley terminal the pickup location was, but we figured it out and caught the next one to come to get back to our car.

I don’t have to worry about the airport and getting there on time
The people are very nice, the only thing I did not like was the fact that you took all the handicap parking for the electric cars. It made it very difficult for me to get in and out of my vehicle.
Easy to book online. Attendants were very helpful when I arrived and it was easy to get to and back from my terminal.
