Efficient! Quick to pick us up for flight departure and bus was waiting for us at designated spot the evening of our arrival. Courteous and helpful drivers. Great to have cold bottled water available upon leaving the lot.
My drivers Greg (8/27) and Kenneth (9/1) were AMAZING!! Both were cheerful, quick to help with bags, shuttles are always clean. This was the first time the shuttle was at Staion D pick-up area at the airport - THIS RARELY HAPPENS.... normally I have to wait and sometimes the 1st shuttle fills up without a 2nd behind it. Arrival day was on Tues, so probably a lighter load.
It is close to the airport and the shuttle drivers are very helpful with the bags. It takes lots of stress out of travel.

Easy to reserve, app works well, like touchless entry/exit. Lighted parking lot, signal light out onto Genesee especially for turning left toward the I-90. Shuttle drivers are courteous and timely. Accepts AAA discounts and prices are fair.
