First both drivers were wonderful - they were friendly, kind, and helpful…they truly made the biggest difference. The parking was easy, the pic ups were prompt. We were well pleased.

We had our parking set up ahead of our vacation. Upon arrival, entering and parking was very easy. The shuttle picked us up within minutes and dropped us off promptly. And this was done at 3am! On our return, we met the shuttle after getting our bag,and it was a short ride back to our car. Entering and exiting was easy with the Parking Spot app. We will use the Parking Spot on our next trip.

I like the convenient location and the rates. The shuttle drivers are so nice and helpful every time and at all hours. The service is prompt. My only issue is reserving online - sometimes it is hard to get the boxes checked for the dates and time...coming and leaving.

I like being picked up and returned to exactly where my car is parked by the shuttle bus.

Its easy access close to the airport. You don't have to deal with the airport traffic. The prices are cheaper than the airport. The free bottled water when you leave is very much appreciated .

The Parking Spot was very easy to use with the app and we found parking was easy and didn’t have to wait long for a shuttle. Shuttle driver was helpful with helping to load/unload our luggage. The app showed the locations of the shuttle when we were waiting at the airport which was very helpful. Very convenient!

The drivers are very friendly, helpful and safe drivers. The process to log in and log out of the parking area is easy and there is someone on the PHONE when you call that answers. I like the order that the drivers will drop off customers and pick them up. Just a very smooth operation. The best is your sales deals and also that you provided me with a military discount (another parking area did not when I called them). You reward loyalty too.
