I've always had a very good experience at The Parking Spot - Nashville and always use them for my flights out of Nashville. I would wholeheartedly recommend the service to anyone. The loyalty program is also a great way to reward frequent customers.
I appreciate the call from the Mgr due to my survey about being very dissatisfied with waiting 20 minutes for a shuttle. Being in the business of Customer Service, I just wanted Management to be aware of a problem that could be addressed and hopefully keep Customers happy in the future.

It was so easy to use the app to schedule time, in a covered space. With the exception of road construction, it was easy to access the Spot, park our car and catch the shuttle to the terminal. When we returned to KC, the shuttle was right outside the baggage area and we were able to hop right on for the quick ride back to the Spot. The driver was super friendly and helpful and dropped up right behind our car.
As we left, the attendant was very friendly and helped up process out. I mentioned how dry we were from being on the plane and he gave us a bottle of water. He also noticed we were Veterans and thanked us for our service to the nation.
All in all, we feel the service was great. So glad our son-in-law told us about the advantages of using the Parking Spot.

I have been so happy with every service I've received from the Parking Spot. The personnel go above and beyond. From the first greeting when we arrive to the last when we are dropped back at our car we have been met with only kindness! very pleased and will continue to use for travel.

The parking spot is the best best best. Every time I make a reservation, I show up it is so easy by the time I'm getting the bags out of my car... the shuttle is already there to pick me up, and when I return every single time I have not waited for a shuttle to get returned to my car even at 3 am ! Excellent top notch service!
fast to and from the airport but was little much when going to C airport and other people going to A and B riding around not fun
