It is normally very easy to drop off a car, catch the shuttle, and make it to the airport in a timely manner.

This trip, I was unable to sign into my account and access the QR code from my reservation. Instead the attendant had me scan the credit card I had used to make the reservation. This resulted in me being double charged for my parking. I have let the company know of this problem and await resolution.

Shuttle drivers are prompt, courteous, helpful to handle luggage on and off shuttle. Wait time is minimal even in dark of morning before sunrise.

Prefer to drive our own car, park underneath a covered parking spot, then take a shuttle ride (drivers are courteous, friendly and helpful) over to our drop off destination or location. Beats having to rent a car (pay for fullcoverage insurance) or call for a trustworthy Uber driver whom avoids all toll roads to the airport.

Always there when you need picked up or drooped off no matter the time. Loades and unloads your suitcases. Aways pleasant and kind. (Even at 1 am.) Wouldn't us or trust anyone else!
