USUALLY I like everything about your servive. This is the first time I have ever experienced poor customer service. When I left on Saturday evening there were several employees by the door closest to the exit where you pay to leave. They were having a conversation but swearing excessively. I called out "nice mouth". They asked what I said. I repeated, "I said, nice mouth". And then one of the gentlemen (?) then approached where I was paying. That felt threatening.
It's easy, convenient, and you know what to expect each time you go.

I like how easy it is to both make a reservation and the ease of parking and getting a shuttle. I am a travel agent and I refer my clients to y'all.
Drivers are friendly (greet you), professional (dressed in uniform, trained), customer-oriented (ask if temp inside van is ok, help with luggage). I also like using the pre-pay option before arriving so getting through the gates to enter & exit is efficient.

There is an issue with google maps directions to your facility. It tells drivers to turn onto Holstein Ave. where the shuttles enter the lot, other than this, I had no issues. I liked the covered parking as compared to uncovered where I've parked at the EWR facility.
