The lady working the exit booth was SUPER! I had lost my QR code so I was having a difficult time checking out. She took the time to really find my reservation and get us on our way. I failed to get her name, but she was great. She kept her cool while I was losing mine. Many thanks to her and her extra efforts. For that, you will always have me a customer. Thank you.

Very easy access. It was a bit confusing going through the various gates though. The message kept coming up about not being on the correct level and an additional charge would be added. Perhaps make it a bit more clear to those going up to uncovered parking.

The service has definitely improved over the past year when I had issues with the Parking Spot. Buses are timelier and the drivers are very friendly & space available as reserved.

So, our shuttle driver, Joesph W, was fantastic. Our car battery died and he took good care of us.

There needs to be a way on the app to tip our driver without cash or the QR code. In all the excitement I failed to get the QR code and then afterwards I couldn't tip him.
