Convenient location. Prompt and helpful drivers. Reasonable prices and occasional coupons/ discounts. First time use of app and reservation process (and editing when there was a missed connection on our return) worked well.

On call services for pickup at airport was less desirable but kind of worked. Some of the other airport shuttles had signs for where to stand. Didn’t see one for parking spot shuttles but guessed location on previous experience. Also maybe consider placing a hardwired direct phone or other electronic pager/device near pickup area to activate pickups, especially for people without phones or with “dead” / “near dead” phones.

Shuttle was easy and parking is secure.

The vans could use better shocks as the ride in the back can be pretty rocky.

On our return trip around midnight, my parking spot id card would not open the gate out until a great many times. Since no one was at the kiosk it was scary. My husban got out and tried a few times and it finally registered and the gate opened. Not sure how to prevent that in the future. We like Parking Spot and intend to keep using it.

Quick, efficient, and always helpful!

I like the friendliness of the drivers and the ability to tip through QR code because lets face it its difficult to scramble for cash and luggage at the same time.

One thing I've noticed lately is that people new to the parking spot are forgetting their spaces. Maybe the attendant on the way in can hand a card with the letter already printed, and then that can serve as a reminder for the driver to note the number, we had someone walk over and totally forget their row and number.

I do wish the drives/vans would be a little less bumpy and occasionally airborne. We are now traveling with our baby and when we hit some of the bumps I'm more conscious that she can fly out of our arms.
