It is close but in coming back the shuttles were lacking.

The service is great! My personal favorite, based on location, is Parking Spot 2. The staff is amazing, and the buses come very frequently. I hardly ever have to call for a pickup. Regardless of what time I arrive at Hobby Airport, there always seems to be a bus waiting.
Am I just lucky? I don’t think so! It seems like they run every 10–15 minutes or so. They’ve also automated the pickup process really well. We’ve been using The Parking Spot since 2018, and the service has gotten better and better every year. The electronic tipping option is also a big plus!

Someone is always waiting to show me where there's a spot and to pick me up right at my car, the drivers are always super friendly, and the bus is comfortable.
