So far a great experance as soon as I park the bus is waiting to pick me up. Sometimes a little wait to be picked up from the airport but not bad. I really like being able to tell the next buses locations for pickup from airport.
That I had no problems some driver helps better than others & but my luggage in my car for me. The guy that picked me up to take me to the terminal early that morning was very professional said good morning & he like his job
