Shuttles are so helpful.

The ease of access in and out is a plus. Also, the transportation from the lot to the airport and same with the return is a plus. I always use this lot when I fly.

I always enjoy using The Parking Spot. The shuttle is right there when I get out of my vehicle. I never have to wait long to meet it at the airport.When i'm returning, and the drivers are always very friendly and professional. I don't use anything else.

The app is extremely easy to use.

On ousr last visit, the staff was on a break when we returned, so our car wasn't waiting for us. But we did't have to wait very long. We don't begrudge the hard-working staff a few minutes to enjoy a holiday gathering.

Accessibility when American Airlines screws us on our flights and we have to have access back to our vehicle during the missed/delayed flight debacle they caused. Thank You Parking Spot for helping ease the pain a little.

Your drivers are courteous, we get picked up within minutes of parking our car, and it's easy!

Prompt pick up and drop off, right at vehicle. Friendly, efficient drivers. Option of covered parking.
What confuses me is pricing. I think the airport lots count hours (am I wrong?)
If I arrive late on day, stay a whole day and pick up early morning 3 rd day, I get charged for 3 days. The actual hours car in lot might be less than 48 hours (which is 2 days).
