Can improve pick up at the terminal back to parking lot. Wait time can be up to 15 min or longer after 8pm.

Prompt bus within your parking lot. But had to wait a long time for the return bus at night (by myself as an older female it was worrisome).

I like that the shuttle picks you up and drops you off at your car for safely. It is also nice they help you with your suitcase. The staff is also very friendly.
