Convenient covered location without the uncertainty of on-airport parking ( where it is hard to find a space and indications of spaces free are unreliable). When Parking Spot is at its best, it's seemless, but two times we've had buses or bus drivers out of service causing delays bad enough that we're starting to think of other options.

Very personal while being quite professional. They have their system down so thoroughly that I often question, "what am I missing" and the fact of the matter is they catch everything.
From reservation to drop off to return and pickup (use their app and watch where their shuttles are in real time) to departure.

I usually have no problems with the services. Unfortunately, when I parked there during the snow recently, I contacted the lot to confirm that my car would be cleaned off when I returned. I called several times to confirm that it was cleared off, but when I arrived that evening around 11:30 p.m. it hadn't been cleared off. The access to get my car out was clear but the the front of my car was totally covered with ice and snow. I asked the driver if he would help me and he indicated he'd come back. He never returned and I spent almost 45 minutes clearing off my car. I was in space B353.
I'll most likely park there again because I've parked there for over 30 years without any problems. The lot may consider offering a snow removal program if inclement weather does occur.

The Park spot is a very nice and pleasant transportation service. The personnel are very professional . You can be stressful free while planning your travel with them.

I park at Parking Spot Fly and I love the consistency in customer service that I have received from the drivers, as well as those at the booth. I like that I can accumulate days over time, as I am a frequent traveler. It's nice to be rewarded for being a longstanding customer. I love the app and the "come get me" feature. I plan to stay with Parking Spot for as long as I am traveling. They are the best!
