Thank you for taking care of the issue where drivers where having a hard time keeping correct record of where a car was parked. Two weeks ago it took a long time for my return driver to locate everyone. I expressed my concern in the survey and last week it was a breeze! I thanked the driver and she was also relieved that the issue had been resolved.

The ease of the parking and shuttle

Reasonable cost for covered parking, adequent number of buses to provide frequent shuttle times, close access at Dallas Love Field.

The Parking Spot employees are all incredibly kind. From when you pull in and scan your code, to when you leave and they give you a water, everyone makes you feel pampered.
