Everything. It's super easy to get to, very convenient and reasonably priced. Shuttles are always there for me when I arrive to take me to my flight on time. If I stay over my reservation I'm not with crazy amounts to pay afterwards. The points system is great allowing me to redeem for free parking which is always great. I have always liked the parking spot and will continue to use it.

Easy parking with quick shuttles and excellent customer service. I had accidentally booked my return on the wrong date and thought I had an overcharge but even when I was completely in the wrong, they called me to resolve the issue and ensure I was a happy customer. Completely above and beyond.

The pickup bus is always ready in the parking lot. But I got home really late once and I had to wait over a half hour to be picked up from the airport
Your location is convenient to the airport. I do find it difficult sometimes to find an open parking spot even after I've made a reservation. I wish there was better signage directing us to an open row so we don't waste timing driving up and down every row.
