Easy check in and easy check out! The shuttle is always quick too. We've never had to wait more than 5 minutes to catch a shuttle getting to the airport or getting home.
Very timely drivers who were professional, yet personable. Helpful with loading and unloading my bags and direct to get me to my car. I also appreciate the location across the highway from the airport, especially when time gets tight. Parking Spot #3 is my go to for reliable service. The online reservation and prepayment is very convenient as well. You don't have to worry about a full lot when you plan ahead.
We encountered the manager upon check out. And after making a mistake when making the initial booking. He corrected everything and after traveling 25 hours he got us out very quickly.
