Quick pickup. Not too far from airport terminal.

It's just so easy to use! I make our reservation online. We drive in and park our car. The shuttle bus is usually there to pick us up before we've got our luggage out of our trunk. Takes us to the airport and drops us off. Many times you get into conversation with other passengers. It's fun to hear where other folks are going or coming from. Drivers are always friendly too!

Both of my drivers coming & going were amazing! Joe & Jeremiah in the North lot are the types of people that start & end your trip on a high note! Thank you, Fellas.

When we arrived in to IAH we simply walked outside and our shuttle was there. The shuttle quickly took us back to parking. - I loved the ease of getting back to our car and for the price.

My husband and I travel frequently. This last trip, we were not as prepared as we typically are. When we boarded the shuttle the driver asked what terminal. We had forgotten to look. Once we looked, it showed Terminal D. We have never left from terminal D. This took us off guard and the driver could tell. She asked what airline and quickly affirmed that we needed to be dropped at E with United. I appreciated her kindness, patience, and willingness to get us on track.

easy & convenient to park my car in covered parking then shuttle quickly picks up passengers & drives to airport terminal also driver helps with suitcases drop off. Upon return there is instructions on TPS ticket on where to wait for shuttle to take me back to car. It was a very quick wait and return to parking lot. Since I pre-paid it was also very quick to leave the parking lot.

It is better than parking at the airport. Friendly drivers and I did not have to wait.

I like that the shuttle picks you up at your car and helps with your luggage. I like that they give you a business card with your parking spot on it. You just give the business card to the driver when you return. I like the free bottled water. I like the discounts they offer for members.

I have always parked at the airport! No one shared with me about the offsite parking available at CLT. We paid over 100 dollars to park at the airport from Thursday morning until Sat afternoon. Only thing available. So when our trip was coming up gir 2 weeks, I started looking. No way was parking gonna cost what a vacation would. That’s when I found this place. What a blessing it was too. We had five bags and a backpack. They pick you up at your car, help you load, take you to the terminal and drop you off and then the same on return. It was so nice. I will never do it differently. And you vehicle is very secure while you are gone,

Easy process to book with app and shuttles are seem to always be available.

I like that I can reserve a spot ahead of time, instead of going though the nightmare of finding a spot at the airport parking structure. The staff are professional and very helpful when loading and unloading the luggage.
