Efficient and friendly

Covered parking, easy shuttle. only complaint is the occasional full shuttle and having to wait for another to return on busy mornings flying out.

Pretty painless. Easy to get to lot and easy to leave. The drivers were great and stopped for us when the LAX stop was PACKED. The only complaint I have is the rooftop was nearly full when we arrived. There were a couple of us driving around in loops trying to find a spot. I’m not sure if there’s another place to park if that doesn’t work out.

Easy to get to and I get to the airport in plenty of time even when I am running late. The APP is great for the return because it tells me where the buses and I rarely wait a few minutes at most to get from the airport back to the Parking

They pick you up and drop you off at your car.
Only dislike they are the only parking service that seems to be slow on pickup at airport. Waited a long time saw other parking lots have two shuttles come and go and was still waiting on the Parking Spot to come.

We use Parking Spot every time we fly out of DFW Airport and have never had an issue. we will continue to use them every chance we get.

Drop off and pickup is very punctual

Love that I can park safely and go to the airport at my terminal and gate without delay. Then upon getting back home from being out of town, I get back to my car once again safe a sound! Absolutely recommend the parking spot as they always go the extra mile to help.

At the Parking spot North, premium inside parking, it would be very nice if you could exit out the gate that the vans enter through. Just like you do in the south lot. There doesn’t need to be an attendant. I should just be able to scan out and pay. The fact that I have to drive so far all the way through the entire parking lot just to get out. Doesn’t make any sense.
