Easy to access the parking lot. Drivers watch carefully and arrive as I'm parking my car. Drivers help with the luggage. The van arrives fairly quickly to the airport and again the driver helps with the luggage.

Due to circumstances beyond our control, our last flight(s) were canceled and Parking Spot Plus (ATL) considered and approved our request for a refund. This would have been only our second 'stay' with PSP and the cancellation was an unexpected glitch. Our flights (and a few others) are rebooked and we will book with PSP. Thank you

I like that I can schedule prior to my flight and get an "estimated" cost so I am prepared. If the cost is higher than I would like to pay, I can negotiate with a friend for drop off and pickup and pay them...it the flight departure and arrival times are reasonable. I like that the parking area is gated and frequently 'controlled' by the parking shuttles.

My car didn’t start when i was dropped off and rhe driver was able to come back with a jump charger to help jump start it for me.

I like how it’s easy to reserve a parking spot, drive in the lot, and someone will pick me up shortly to drive me to the airport. Unfortunately, the SF location doesn’t have covered parking but I still choose Park N Fly each time I travel.

What I like the most is that you don't have to wait for the shuttle to arrive to pick me up once I park the car. Also. The shuttle is at the pick up area at the airport. The drivers are friendly and professional which is nice after a some time stressful flight.
