I have always parked at your lot even when it was Econo-Park. My only problem was that it was unclear when I departed the other day, that I was supposed to scan my code that I had used to enter at the start of my trip. I thought it was paid and that was all I had to do. When I drove to the exit, and the gate would not open, there were people in the booth who saw I was having difficulty, but they did not help at all. I had to leave my car and run to the booth to find out what to do. The scanning process was new since I had last parked there. I was very frustrated and luckily I was not blocking other cars trying to leave at the same time, but it would have been good if the attendant had helped me by coming out of the booth and telling me what to do, or if there was clear signage. Otherwise everyone is very helpful.
